Injury Prevention Program

Learn to exercise & get in shape safely.


Renaissance Physical Therapy Arts + Wellness offers private, semi-private and group exercise classes which focus on working in efficient alignment and body mechanics and addressing deficits in strength, range of motion, flexibility, balance, power, agility and endurance.
The information gained from these classes can be applied to outside activities so that you can get in shape safely with a reduced risk of injury. Private sessions are offered both in-person and virtually. Currently, due to Covid 19, semi-private and group sessions are only offered virtually.
